Job summary

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
• Must be able to walk floors and lift/move linen as needed.
• Strong reliability and attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist other departments.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, work areas, and the hotel premises in a clean and orderly condition.
• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk assigned floors at start and end of shift to collect newspapers, bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
