Job summary

Fairfield Inn Madison seeks a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are clean, attractive and meet hotel standards. You will service rooms daily, replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in accordance with hotel procedures.

The role requires thorough cleaning and restocking of assigned rooms per shift with attention to safety and efficiency. You will report missing items or maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager and assist with maintaining orderly

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift, adhering to company and brand standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties such as setting up cleaning carts with supplies and linens.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
• Ensure hallways, public areas, and closets are clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management.
