Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; no formal experience required.
• Ability to communicate information about hotel services to guests, vendors, staff and management.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from storerooms, set up cleaning cart and maintain carts and storerooms.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, fixtures in rooms and public areas with ladders or stools.
• Wash and sanitize restrooms, replace towels and amenities and restock supplies.
• Restock literature and stationery as needed.
• Vacuum rooms, public areas and hallways and lift heavy furniture when required.
• Inspect locks and report unsafe situations to management.
• Inspect room equipment and report maintenance deficiencies.
• Report missing articles or safety hazards to the supervisor.
