Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards and hotel needs.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and prepare housekeeping cart with supplies and linen.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• May disassemble furniture or items for deep cleaning as needed.
• Deep cleaning tasks may include changing AC filters, cleaning coils, or touching up paint.
