Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Maintain a neatly stocked linen cart.
• Report areas in guest rooms needing attention (fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC).
• Ensure security of equipment, keys and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found items to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
