Vista Host Inc. is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and orderly guest rooms, restock amenities, and report maintenance issues to ensure top service. The role emphasizes attention to detail, efficiency, and a guest-focused attitude to create a welcoming hotel experience.

The incumbent will work in a physically active environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and safe environment by cleaning guest rooms and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean floors, and wipe surfaces to high standards.
• Collect dirty linens and transport them to the laundry, replenish fresh linens.
• Restock amenities (towels, soaps, toiletries) in guest rooms.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items from the front desk as needed.
• Assist with deep cleaning and organization of common areas and lobby spaces.
• Report safety, maintenance, or housekeeping concerns to management.
• Greet guests in public spaces and address their needs proactively.
