Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Restock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Assist guests and accommodate requests whenever possible.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned and maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
