Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will clean assigned guest rooms in line with company guidelines and procedures.

This role emphasizes 100% commitment to guest experience, with ongoing safety training and opportunities through the Extended Stay University program. The position offers a stable environment within the hotel operation.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides accommodation whenever possible while staying practical.
