ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms to the highest standards and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will clean rooms according to established procedures, stock supplies, report maintenance issues, assist guests with requests, and participate in required training programs, contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions and guidelines for housekeeping tasks.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests with requests when possible and practical.
• Completes all required Extended Stay University training.
