ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and contribute to overall hotel cleanliness. The role emphasizes delivering a positive guest experience and strict adherence to company guidelines and safety policies.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. The position may involve assisting with additional hotel areas and occasional travel within the geographic area.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Gathers and reports guest property left in rooms.
• Assists guests and adheres to safety policies.
