Job summary

The High Hotels LTD in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold brand cleanliness and guest experiences. You will clean guest rooms and common areas, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and suite amenities across property locations in the Lancaster area.

Responsibilities include laundry assistance, linen management, and ensuring guest privacy. Weekend work is required; starting rate listed with potential increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs.
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• The ability to support any property owned by High Hotels, Ltd. in the Lancaster, PA area.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards within the allotted time.
• Vacuum carpet and furniture; dust surfaces.
• Clean kitchenettes and wash dishes in suites.
• Change bed linens; clean the guest room bathroom.
• Clean high touch areas to meet brand COVID-19 standards.
• Assist in the laundry room: washing, drying, folding, sorting.
• Maintain linen cart and organize supplies; ensure guest room security and privacy.
