Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers) to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms in our hotels. You will clean rooms to brand standards, stock supplies, and report maintenance issues to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shift.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
