Job summary

Hotel-Indig in Atlanta is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the hotel's standards. You will perform daily cleaning and restocking, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

You will clean and restock rooms, manage supplies, report maintenance issues, and handle Lost and Found according to hotel procedures, while maintaining excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift, adhering to company and brand standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties such as setting up cleaning carts with supplies and linens.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
• Ensure all hallways, public areas, and closets are clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Report missing items or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle "Lost and Found" items according to hotel standards.
• Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management.
• Follow procedures as outlined by the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
