Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms by making beds, restocking supplies, and ensuring bathrooms meet standards.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces and floors per OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas including guest rooms, hallways, stairwells, vending areas, foyers, and linen closets.
• Stock housekeeping cart with supplies and linen; restock at end of day.
• Complete deep cleaning and scheduled projects to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report maintenance issues and remove unneeded room items; turn in lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, delivering high-quality service.
• Follow all safety, security, and hotel procedures while working with other departments and adhering to attendance and reliability standards.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and 4 Keys service standards.
