Job summary

Shaner Hotels invites applications for housekeeping at Playa Largo Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, located in the Florida Keys. Staff will clean and service guest rooms, ensuring luxury standards and security of all guest areas.

Candidates should have at least one year of cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel setting, and be able to communicate with guests and team members. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
