Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is hiring a Room Attendant for Hampton Inn Wiggins, MS. You will clean guest rooms and public areas, restock amenities, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires basic housekeeping skills, physical stamina, and a customer-focused attitude. Training is provided, with benefits including discounts and health coverage, and a path toward growth within our hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• No formal experience required for the position.
• Ability to push heavy carts and handle cleaning equipment.
• Ability to communicate hotel services to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from storerooms and set up cleaning carts for each floor.
• Clean and wipe windows, doors, walls, and fixtures to maintain a presentable facility.
• Clean and sanitize guest bathrooms and public restrooms.
• Restock towels, amenities, and literature in guest rooms.
• Vacuum rooms and public areas, including under furniture.
• Inspect door and window locks and report safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of closets and storage areas.
• Report missing items or maintenance issues to supervisor.
