Job summary

You will clean rooms, restock supplies, report maintenance needs, and ensure safety and sanitation protocols. Prior hospitality experience is helpful; training is provided to support your career growth within the Concord family.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/carry supplies.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Committed to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly.
• Report areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
