Job summary

Shaner Group in Florida is seeking a hotel housekeeper to clean guest rooms to brand standards, assist guests, and maintain safety and cleanliness. This role requires weekend availability and collaboration with hotel staff.

Knowledge of chemical handling is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will help ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
• Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.
• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
