Job summary

The Courtyard Columbia Cayce is seeking a room attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with our standards. You will follow a daily schedule, help ensure guest satisfaction, and support housekeeping operations under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Load carts with all necessary supplies.
• Turn off electricity and manage room settings per procedure.
• Strip beds and handle soiled linens and laundry.
• Clean and maintain rooms to company standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and surfaces.
• Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report issues.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond to special requests.
• Record room status and maintain storage areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
