Job summary

Proper Hospitality seeks a diligent Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness of rooms and public spaces at our Palm Springs properties. You will deliver friendly guest service and uphold standards while supporting the Avalon Hotel & Bungalows Palm Springs and Ingleside Estate experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of assigned residences/units, promptly reporting maintenance issues.
• Perform cleaning duties for residences/units, including bed-making, linen and terry changing, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Remove used linens, towels, and amenities, restocking supplies as necessary.
• Accommodate special guest requests promptly and courteously, such as providing extra amenities or services.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and hallways using standard cleaning products to meet health standards.
• Welcome guests, greet and assist with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Punctuality and adherence to shifts, rest and meal breaks, and attendance policy.
• Demonstrate teamwork in all aspects of the role.
