• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor, including floors, vacuuming, linens, beds, and bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work shifts including weekends and holidays when required.
