Homewood Suites by Hilton Fremont, CA is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards. You will contribute to a comfortable hotel experience and assist guests as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical duties include lifting up to 30 pounds and standing long hours.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Uniform and grooming standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and Hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report.
• Ensure carts and supply areas are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Greet guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Report lost and found items according to policy.
