Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Customer service mindset – friendly, helpful attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina – lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, stand for entire shift.
• Flexible schedule – mornings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to high standards (beds made, bathrooms clean, no dust).
• Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities for guest comfort.
• Sort laundry, operate machines safely, and handle linen efficiently.
• Keep cart and closets organized for a tidy workspace.
• Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
