Soho House Miami Beach is seeking a reliable Room Attendant to deliver superb guest service through spotless rooms and thoughtful touches. You will stock, clean, and service assigned rooms to a high standard and quickly resolve guest questions with a friendly demeanor.

We value honesty, organization and dependability. You should know housekeeping policies, maintain tidy spaces with a can-do attitude, and handle physical tasks with stamina in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• To ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, deep cleaning daily and changing linen daily.
• Removing linen and trash, cleaning bathrooms and disinfecting.
• Replacing used amenities after every guest departure.
• Prepare bed and linen, ensure linen free of stains or rips.
• Report defects in guest rooms and throughout the property.
• Vacuum rooms, sweep and mop daily.
• Understand property amenities and assist guests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
