Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City is seeking a House Attendant to support housekeeping by assisting room attendants, stocking supplies, and helping with cleaning tasks to ensure guest rooms are welcoming and well equipped.

You will work with a team, handling laundry duties, restocking storerooms, and responding to guest requests, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and guest service in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists Room Attendant with linen removal and trash disposal.
• Assists with cleaning guest rooms and making beds as needed.
• Restocks inventory in storerooms and transports supplies to rooms.
• Transports dirty linen to the laundry department and delivery of supplies to guest rooms.
• Keeps storerooms clean, organized and stocked at all times.
• Communicates with management for special requests or duties.
