Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group in Windsor, CT is seeking a Room Attendant to create clean, welcoming guest rooms and uphold brand standards throughout the property. You will contribute to a safe, comfortable environment that makes guests feel at home.

You will greet guests, restock supplies, and work with the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Replace towels and bathroom amenities.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Empty trash containers.
• Clean public areas such as corridors.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Update status of rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Restock cleaning supplies at shift end.
