Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver a clean, welcoming guest environment and uphold brand standards across our New Orleans properties. You will greet guests, change linens, replace towels, clean floors, and tidy public spaces, reporting maintenance needs and updating room status for supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
