Job summary

Crossroads Hospitality, LLC is seeking a friendly and efficient Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards. You will clean, stock supplies, handle linens, and ensure rooms are guest-ready daily.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous housekeeping experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a courteous guest-service mindset in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms following hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, and polish furniture.
• Sanitize bathrooms and replenish towels and amenities.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage supplies efficiently.
• Assist with cleaning of public areas as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
