• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain public areas as assigned.
• Protect guest privacy and follow safety procedures.
• Use hotel systems and communication tools (Quore/Hotel Effectiveness).
• Maintain a professional appearance and assist with related duties.
