Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Clean a daily part of hotel guestrooms and suites, including vacuuming, trash removal, mopping, furniture cleaning, carpet care, linen handling and window washing.
• Take care of equipment and supplies issued for cleaning activities.
• Report damages, missing items, and items found in guestrooms promptly.
• Keep passkeys secure and maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Provide information about the hotel and local area to guests and assist in fulfilling guest requests.
• Follow safety rules and use required safety equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience.
