Job summary

GREENTREE HOSPITALITY LLC is seeking a hotel housekeeping attendant to perform routine cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas. Tasks include making beds with fresh linen, replenishing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness according to brand standards.

Responsibilities also cover bathroom cleaning, trash removal, inventory of supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. Prior hotel experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and customer service as essential assets.

Qualifications

• Some high school education preferred.
• Previous hotel experience preferred; may substitute with 2+ years in customer service.
• Able to read and understand chemical labels; follow Safety Data Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Makes beds with fresh linen (sheets, duvet, blankets, pillow cases).
• Cleans bathrooms to brand standards with approved chemicals.
• Restocks housekeeping cart and replenishes room supplies as needed.
• Reports room status and any maintenance or cleaning needs to the appropriate department.
• Turns in lost and found items and maintains orderly rooms and hallways.
