Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly addressing their requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Ensure guest satisfaction includes prompt return of items left behind in the hotels.
• Prepare carts with supplies for efficient cleaning of assigned guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness by dusting, disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms, and refreshing bed linens and towels.
• Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
