Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in a full-time role. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms and providing an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail and proactive service.

The responsibilities include greeting guests, replenishing supplies, cleaning rooms and corridors, and reporting maintenance needs. Flexible weekends and holidays are required; the hourly rate is $20.50 with overtime and shift

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous cleaning/EVS experience preferred.
• Able to learn cleaning/sanitation products and methods; handle sensitive materials.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Replace used towels and bathroom amenities; reset supplies.
• Sweep, mop floors, dust and polish furniture.
• Restock beverages/food in mini bar; clean public areas.
