Job summary

Ignite Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant for Best Western Eastgate, Signature Collection in Bellevue, WA. You will clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, change linens, restock amenities, and keep bathrooms spotless while ensuring a welcoming guest experience. Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but training is available.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. This full-time role may include weekends and holidays and requires the ability to stand, lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to brand and company standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities and supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean, organized condition.
• Follow room assignment schedules and productivity standards.
• Support room turns and priorities as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
