Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with company procedures and standards. You will ensure rooms are stocked with amenities and prepared for guest arrival, while upholding cleanliness and safety protocols.

Working in a hotel environment, you will follow established procedures, communicate issues to management, and support the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding guest experiences across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to clean guest rooms to company standards.
• Stand for long periods and perform routine lifting.
• Communicate with guests and team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping bags with supplies and amenities.
• Respect guest room entry procedures and knock policies.
• Clean guest rooms and complete housekeeping checklists.
• Mark rooms clean for supervisor inspection.
• Report damages or hazards in guest rooms.
• Secure doors after leaving rooms.
• Keep corridors and service areas neat at all times.
• Return lost and found items and keys.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and dress code.
• Assist other housekeeping staff as needed.
