Qualificações

• Must have prior cleaning experience.
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and lift moderate weights.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms.
• Keep all closets clean and neat.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
