SpringHill Suites Midtown in Anchorage, AK seeks a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of assigned rooms and suites, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas. You will report maintenance needs and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to arrive to work on time and on schedule.
• Physically able to move large objects such as carts and linen.
• Physically able to operate cleaning equipment like vacuums and brooms.
• Ability to read and recognize room/suite numbers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Check cart for supplies and stock as needed.
• Greet guests immediately with friendly, sincere acknowledgement.
• Strip dirty linens and remove used amenities from room/suite.
• Clean rooms/suites, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and windows/tracks.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities.
• Clean balconies, if applicable.
• Respond to special requests by guests and ensure brand standards.
