Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality seeks a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will follow supervisory instructions, uphold safety standards, and deliver excellent guest experiences with a team-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to respond swiftly to guest needs while supporting other departments to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 months experience in housekeeping or relevant experience
• Additional: Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Ensure bathroom is cleaned and fully stocked with guest supplies.
• Ensure bed is properly made with clean linen and pillows.
• Dust and clean walls, windows, and interior of sliding doors.
• Report maintenance issues and replace/remove items as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as part of special projects.
• Stock linen cart with supplies and tools.
• Vacuum, mop and clean floors.
• Acknowledge guest service requests promptly and assist where possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Follow proper cleaning chemicals usage per OSHA regulations and hotel standards.
• Return and restock cart at end of shift.
• Adhere to safety, attendance and policy requirements.
