Job summary

Dublin-Springhill-Suites is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeping professional responsible for cleaning guest rooms and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. You will report maintenance needs, handle guest requests, and ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

The role requires clear communication with guests and staff and may involve flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience is preferred to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
