Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring for a Room Attendant at our Homewood Suites in St. Augustine/San Sebastian.

You will clean guest rooms to brand standards, restock supplies, and ensure guest privacy while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a quarterly bonus, PTO/holidays, 401k with employer match, DailyPay option, and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in hotel or related setting preferred.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented and able to provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to learn and follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms to standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish supplies.
• Follow housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines.
• Organize linens, supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Respond courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain public areas and back-of-house spaces as needed.
• Ensure privacy and protect guest information and belongings.
• Use hotel systems and communication tools as required.
• Present a neat, professional appearance per uniform standards.
