Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for the Homewood Suites Vancouver Portland, WA property. You will wipe surfaces, dust, vacuum guest rooms, change linens, restock supplies, and maintain bathrooms according to brand standards to ensure a comfortable, homelike stay for guests.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and availability to work weekends and holidays; comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 pounds for long shifts.
• Applicants should be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wipe surfaces, dust and vacuum guest rooms per brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds and restock guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash and follow green practices as trained.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Clean multiple rooms each day.
• Report any broken, defective or missing items to maintenance.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork across departments.
