Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work well with other departments, guests, and management.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Clear verbal communication in English.
• Professional, confident, and well-groomed presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly service to guests and coworkers.
• Clean and service approximately 12 guest rooms per day.
• Perform deep cleaning of rooms as needed.
• Report guest-related issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining balconies when requested.
• Help with additional room assignments as needed.
• Return keys and report to the supervisor at shift end.
• Maintain housekeeping cart in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follow all company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Assist fellow housekeeping team members as needed.
• Support positive guest experiences through prompt and efficient service.
• Perform related housekeeping duties as requested.
