Job summary

SCP Hotels in the United States is seeking a part-time Guest Room Attendant to uphold exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will work with a hardworking, tight-knit team at our Inn and Farm, earning $20 per hour with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

You will make beds, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, remove trash, organize linens and supplies, and assist with turndown service.

Qualifications

• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints to high satisfaction.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Remove trash, organize linens and supplies, and maintain storage areas.
• Perform turndown service or prep the room for imminent guest arrival.
• Inspect and ensure equipment and facilities are clean and safe.
