Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily clean and return vacant rooms to a vacant ready status.
• Return occupied rooms to an occupied clean status.
• Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart.
• Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle Lost and Found items per policy.
• Organize and maintain linen closet contents.
• Ensure safety and security in work areas.
• Assist in keeping other hotel areas clean and orderly.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Know emergency procedures.
