Job summary

Columbia Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeper to transform guest spaces and ensure pristine guestrooms. You’ll clean, replenish supplies, and uphold property standards while delivering courteous service to guests.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license required or preferred in some locations.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications is a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service.
• Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property standards.
• Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift.
• Maintain supplies and organization of housekeeping cart.
• Check all rooms and report any damage or missing supplies.
• Monitor cleanliness of public areas on the property.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Greet and warmly engage guests and complete tasks as assigned.
