Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant to help keep our hotels welcoming and comfortable. You will clean guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and perform routine housekeeping tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

As a member of the housekeeping team, you will support operations with timely service, attention to detail, and friendly interactions with guests throughout shifts on-site at our Lombard, IL properties.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping cart daily
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform guest turn down service as needed
