Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to clean and stock guest rooms to high standards and assist with maintaining a welcoming hotel environment in the Phoenix area.

You will be responsible for trimming back heavy loads, replenishing amenities, and ensuring rooms are ready for guest occupancy while cooperating with the housekeeping team and reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Need good guest-facing communication.
• Willing to pitch in and help coworkers.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Overhead reaching for cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock guest rooms to Crescent's cleanliness standards.
• Strip and change bed linens; handle bedding and linens up to weight limits.
• Dust furniture, pictures, shelves, and fixtures.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash.
• Restock amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Handle room keys and ensure room is ready for guests.
• Attend to attendance and be available on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
