Job summary

Vista Host Inc. is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas in a hotel setting.

You will restock amenities, report maintenance issues, and support a guest-focused atmosphere to ensure a welcoming experience for all guests. The role requires a keen eye for detail, ability to work independently within a housekeeping team, and tolerance for a physically active workload including multitasking and prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good basic reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and safe environment by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean floors and ensure surfaces meet standards.
• Restock towels, soaps and toiletries in rooms.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and deliver items from the front desk.
• Assist with deep cleaning and organizing common areas and lobby functions.
• Report safety, maintenance or housekeeping concerns to management.
• Greet and acknowledge guests in public spaces.
