Job summary

AHC Hospitality is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain the quality of guest rooms so guests have a consistently positive experience. The role requires meeting a 96% cleanliness standard and following the 4-diamond property guidelines while supporting interdepartmental relations.

This full-time, 1st shift position requires weekend availability, with benefits including discounted parking, free meals, and hotel/restaurant discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the guest room as determined by the 47 step training outline.
• Clean checkouts at a 36 minute per room pace.
• Clean stayovers at a 25 minute per room pace.
• Deliver all guest requests within 15 minutes.
• Work independently, in assigned section, to complete the daily assignment which can range up to 19 rooms per shift.
• Report maintenance issues in rooms to AYS and floor supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with floor supervisors and housemen on needs and progress.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the floor supervisor.
