Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Laundry Associate to keep bedding clean and towels ready for guests, ensuring comfort after a day of travel.

As part of the housekeeping team, you’ll operate washers and dryers, fold linens, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked laundry area while delivering attentive service to guests and colleagues. The role offers hourly pay and potential benefits with 30+ hours per week, with opportunities for seasonal or full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to give high priority to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process laundry, including loading, operating and unloading washers and dryers.
• Wash, fold, and iron soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
• Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment as trained.
• Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness of the laundry facility.
• Assist in monthly linen inventory and preparing and stocking housekeeping carts.
• Maintain positive guest and associate relationships by responding appropriately to inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
